Announcement Under Regulation 30 (LODR)- Indo Count Begins Commercial Production Of Its Greenfield Pillow Manufacturing Facility In Kernersville NC USA

This is with reference to our earlier communication dated 11th February 2025 regarding setting up of a Greenfield Manufacturing facility located at North Carolina USA through the Companys step down wholly owned subsidiary- Indo Count Global East Inc. In continuance thereto we would like to update that the said manufacturing facility has commenced its commercial production of pillows.
