Indowind Energy Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve We hereby inform that the Board Meeting that commenced today as scheduled could not complete the deliberations of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company. Therefore it is decided to continue the deliberations tomorrow i.e. 30th May 2025.
