ESCORTS FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/11/2022 inter alia to consider and approve inter-alia to consider approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2022. The financial results shall be subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further in continuation to our letter dated September 29 2022 regarding closure of trading window for dealing in shares of the Company we hereby inform you that pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed till November 5 2022.
