Amrut Dredging & Shipping Ltd IPO Details

Initial public issue of upto 49,10,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each (equity shares) of amrut dredging and shipping limited (the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs.[*] per equity share including a share premium of Rs.[*] per equity share (the issue price) aggregating to Rs.[*] crores (the issue) of which upto 2,50,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.[*] crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the market maker reservation portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of upto 46,60,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs.[*] crores (the net issue). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.35% and 25.01% respectively of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The price band and the minimum bid lot will be decided by the company in consultation with the brlms.
