Initial public offer of 36,89,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Apollo Techno Industries Limited (ATIL orthe Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 123-Rs. 130/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 113-Rs. 120/- per equity share (the Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 45.37-Rs. 47.96 crores (the Issue), of which 185000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 123-Rs. 130/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 113-Rs. 120/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 2.28-Rs. 2.41 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net issue of 3504000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs. 123-Rs. 130/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 113-Rs.120/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 43.1-Rs. 45.55 crores is herein after referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue constituted 26.95% and 25.60%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each.The floor price is cap price Rs. 13.0 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 2000 equity shares and in multiples of 1000 equity shares thereafter.
