The Issue includes a Book Built Portion of (**) Equity Shares each for cash at price of Rs (**) aggregating to Rs 7.43 cr and a Fixed Price Portion of (**) Equity Shares for cash at price of (**) aggregating to Rs 2.47 cr as a Public offer. The Book Building Portion is 75% of the Net Public offer and Fixed Price Portion is 25% of the Net Public offer.
