DP World Multimodal Logistics Pvt Ltd IPO Details
Publis issue of up to (*) equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each (the equity shares) of Continental Warehousing Corporation (Nhava Seva) Limited (the company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. (*) per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. (*) per equity share) aggregating up to Rs. (*) crores (the offer) consisting of a fresh issue of up to Rs.418.80 crores (the fresh issue) and an offer for sale of up to 798,603 equity shares by Aureos Offshore India Opportunities Fund LLC, up to 2,505,018 equity shares by Aureos South Asia Fund LLC, up to 10,000,000 equity shares by Bridgeview Investment Ltd and up to 373,199 equity shars by India Opportunities Fund (the selling shareholders) aggregating up to Rs. (*) crores (the offer for sale). The offer comprises a net offer to the public of (*) equity shares (the net offer) and a reservation of up to (*) equity shares aggregating up to Rs. (*) crores for subscription by eligible employees (as defined herein), not exceeding (*) of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital (the employee reservation portion). The offer would constitute (*)% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital and the the net offer to the public would constitute (*)% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital.The face value of equity shares is Rs.10 each. The price band will be decided by the company and Bridgeview in consultation with the BRLMS. The minimum bid lot and the rupee amount of Discount, if any, to the retail individual bidders and eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion, will be decided by the company in consultation with the BRLMS.

Purchase of equipment. Construction of warehouses at the PFT facilities. Part repayment/pre-payment of certain loans availe. General Corporate Purposes.
