Initial public offering of up to 30,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each (equity shares) of Durgadevi Raiment Limited (ddrl or the Company) for cash at a price of Rs.40.00 per equity share (the offer price), aggregating to Rs. 12.00 crores (the offer), comprising a fresh issue of up to 15,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each aggregating to Rs. 6.00 crores by the Company (fresh issue) and an offer for sale of up to 15,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each by selling shareholders Ajay Kumar Saraogi and Sarad Kumar Jajodia (the selling shareholder) aggregating to Rs.6.00 crores (offer for sale). of the offer, 1,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each aggregating to Rs.0.6 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker (market maker reservation portion). The offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. offer of 28,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10.00 each at an offer price of Rs.40.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs.11.40 crores is hereinafter referred to as the net offer. the offer and the net offer will constitute 38.76% and 36.82%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the Company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10.00 each and the offer price of Rs.40.00 is 4.00 times of the face value.

Objective of issue

Funding additional working capital requirements. Acquisition of Factory premises on lease basis. General corporate purposes.
