Public issue of equity shares comprising of 8150000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 53 for cash at a premium aggregating Rs 43.20 crore (here in after referred to as the issue), including of 250000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 53 for cash aggregating Rs 1.33 crore and net issue to the public of 7900000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 53 for cash aggregating Rs 41.87 crore (here in after referred to as the net issue to the public) and the issue would constitute 25.82% of the post issue paid-up capital of Shringar Cinemas Ltd.
