Initial public offering of up to [*] equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (equity shares) of GO AIRLINES (INDIA) LIMITED (The Company or The issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. [*] per equity share (including a premium of Rs.[*] per equity share) (issue price), aggregating up to Rs. 3600 Crores (the issue). The issue shall constitute [*]% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The company, in consultation with the BRLMS, may consider a further issue of equitty shares through a preferential issue or any other method as may be permitted in accordance with applicable law to any person(s), aggregating up to Rs. 1500 Crores, at its discretion, prior to filing the red herring prospectus with the roc (pre-ipo placement). If the pre-ipo placement is completed, the issue size will be reduced to the extent of such pre-ipo placement, subject to the issue constituting at least [*]% of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company.The Face Value of Equity Shares is Rs. 10 each.

Objective of issue

Prepayment or Scheduled Repayment of all or a portion of certain outstanding Borrowings availed by the company. Replacement of Letters of Credit, which are issued to certain Aircraft Lessors towards Securing Lease Rental Payments and Future maintenance of Aircrafts with Cash Deposits. Repayment of dues to Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, in part or full, for fuel supplied to the Company. Part payment of outstanding lease rental of the company's aircrafts leased from certain aircraft lessors. Part payment of outstanding amount towards maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircrafts. General corporate prposes.
