The issue will constitute 40.00% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of the company.Issue price: Rs. 74 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.The issue price is 7.4 times of the face value.

Expansion & upgradation of the existing branches. Purchase of office space for Mumbai regional off.. Purchase & set up of office space for corp. office. Brand building & advertising. Augmenting long term working capital requirement. General corporate purpose.
