Initial public offer of 32,57,600* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each (The Equity Shares) of m p k steels (i) limited (The Company or the Offer) for cash at a price of Rs. 79 per equity share including a share premium of Rs.69.00 per equity share ( the offer Price) aggregating to Rs. 25.74 Crore (The Offer). the offer includes a reservation of 1,63,200 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.29 Crore will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (The Market Maker Reservation Portion). the offer less the market maker reservation portion i.e. net offer of 30,94,400 equity shares aggregating to Rs.24.45 Crore ( theNet Offer)Price Band: Rs. 75/- to Rs. 79/- for equity share of face value of Rs. 1 each.The floor price is 7.5 times times the face value and cap price is 7.9 times of the face value of the equity shares.Bids can made for a minimum of 3,200 equity shares and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter.
