Public issue of 29,82,000 equity shares of a face value of Rs. 10/- each (the equity shares) of Moksh Ornaments Llimited (the Company or MOL or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 37/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 27.00 per equity Share) (issue price) aggregating to Rs. 11.03 Crores (the issue) of which 1,56,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.58 Crores Will be reserved for subscription by market maker (market maker reservation portion). The issue less the market makerReservation portion i.e. Issue of 28,26,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each at an issue price of Rs. 37.00 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 10.45 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the net issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.79% and 26.33%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is rs. 10.00 each and the issue price of Rs. 37.00 is 3.70 times of the face value

Objective of issue

Funding of working capital requirements of the company. Repayment of certain unsecured loan availed by the company.
