Public Issue of 233,33,337 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 21 for cash aggregating to Rs. 49 crores (referred to as the issue) comprising of Promoters' contribution of 42,85,717 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 21 for cash aggregating to Rs. 9 crores (referred to as the Promoters' Contribution) and a Reservation for permanent Employees of the Company of 11,90,476 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 21 for cash aggregating to Rs. 2.5 crores (referred to as the Employee Reservation Portion). The net offer to the public is of 178,57,144 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each at a price of Rs.21 for cash aggregating to Rs.37.50 crores (referred to as the net issue).The issue would constitute 57.14 % of the post issue paid-up capital of our company.

Addition of 50400 Spindles for cotton yarn product. 12 Knitting Machines for knitted fabrics product.. Installation of 8.18MW Power Plant.
