Public Issue of 51,34,000 new equity shares of Rs 5 each at a price of Rs each aggregating Rs crores (referred to as the Issue). The Issue includes a Book Building Portion of 38,50,500 equity shares and a Fixed Price Portion of 12,83,500 equity sharesThe Issue is being made through the 75% Book Building scheme wherein atleast __% of the Issue will be allocated on a proportionate basis to Non-Institutional Investors, subject to valid bids being received at or above the Issue price, and the balance Book Built Portion shall be allocated to Institutional Investors on a discretionary basis. The Fixed Price Portion for the remaining 25% of the Issue size shall be allotted on a proportionate basis.
