Initial public offer of upto 18,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Pind Hospitality Limited (the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. Funding towards capital expenditure for setting up a hotel-cum-banquet hall in Lonavala, Maharashtra (Haveli Project). General corporate purposes.
