Initial public offer of up to 30,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each (The Equity Shares) of Safecure Services Limited (the Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 102 per equity share (Including a Securities Premium of Rs. 92 per Equity Share) (Issue Price or Offer Price), aggregating to Rs. 30.6 crores (The Issue) of which 1,50,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.53 crores (Constituting up to 1.49% of the Post-Issue Paid-Up Equity Share Capital of the Company) will be reserved for subscription by market maker (Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 29.88% and 28.39% respectively of the Post-Issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10 each and the issue price is 10.20 times of the face value.Fixed price issue at Rs. 102 per equity share.Minimum Application size of 2,400 equity shares and in multiples of 1,200 equity shares thereafter.
