The issue will constitute 39.30% of the post issue paid up capital of the company.The issue price: Rs. 118/- per equity share with a face value of Rs. 10/- each, including a share premium of Rs. 108/- per equity shareThe issue price is 11.8 times of the face value

Expand the Financing business. Expand MCap's domestic operations by inc. network. Enhance MCap's existing technological capacity. General corporate purposes.
