Initial public offer of 30,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (equity shares) of Sharvaya Metals Limited (company) for cash at a price of Rs. 196/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 186/- per equity share) (offer price) aggregating Rs. 58.80 crores comprising a fresh issue of 25,00,000 equity shares aggregating Rs. 49.00 crores by the company (fresh issue) and an offer for sale of 5,00,000 equity shares aggregating Rs. 9.80 crores by the promoter selling shareholder, (the offered shares) (the offer for sale and together with the fresh offer, the offer) of which 1,50,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 2.94 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (the market maker reservation portion). The offer, less market maker reservation, i.e. net offer 28,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at price of Rs. 196/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 55.86 crores is herein after referred to as the net offer. The offer and the net offer will constitute 29.91% and 28.41% respectively of the fully-diluted post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.Price Band: Rs. 196/- to Rs. 186/- for equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.The floor price is 19.6 times times the face value and cap price is 18.6 times of the face value of the equity shares.Bids can made for a minimum of 1200 equity shares and in multiples of 600 equity shares thereafter.
