Public issue of 35,000,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (The Equity Shares) for cash at a price of Rs. 58/- per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 48/- per share) of SRS Limited (The Company or The Issuer) aggregating Rs. 203.00 crores (The Issue) at the issue price. The issue shall constitute 25.13% of the post-issue share capital of the company.Issue Price : Rs. 58/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- eachThe issue price is 5.8 times the face value.
