[*] per equity share aggregating Rs.38.00 Crores (at the lower band of issue price of Rs. 85/- per equity share) and Rs.44.71 Crores (at the higher band of issue price of Rs. 100/- per equity share) comprising of 2,23,530 equity shares of Rs.10 each reserved for the eligible employees of the company and a net offer to public of 42,47,060 equity shares of Rs.10 each (hereinafter referred to as the 'issue').The issue would constitute 34.15% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up Equity Capital of the company and the net offer to the public would constitute 32.44% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up equity capital of the company.Price Band: Rs. 85/- to Rs. 100/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each
