Initial public offer of upto 53,92,200* equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (the Equity Shares) of Wiscon Industries Limited (The company or Wiscon or The Issuer) at an offer price of Rs. 194-204 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 104.60-110 Crores comprising of fresh issue of up to 43,14,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 83.69-88 Crores (Fresh Offer) and an offer for sale of up to 10,78,200 equity shares by Sidhant Dalmia (Selling Shareholder) aggregating to Rs. 20.92-22 Crores (Offer For Sale) (Public Offer). The offer includes a reservation of up to 3,90,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 194-204 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 7.57-7.96 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net offer of up to 50,02,200 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 194-204 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 97.04-102.04 Crores is herein after referred to as the Net Offer. The public offer and net offer will constitute 26.98% and 25.03% respectively of the post- offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.Price Band: Rs. 194/- to Rs. 204/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each.The floor price is 19.4 times the face value of the equity shares and cap price is 20.4 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 1200 equity shares and in multiples of 600 equity shares thereafter.
