Pursuant to Reg. 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06.04.2024 has approved the Joint Venture Agreement to be entered between Jagan Lamps Limited and Top Lamp (UK) Limited for setting up Distribution Hub and R&D Center in UK through a Joint Venture Company. The details as required under Reg. 30 and Sch. III is enclosed herewith.
