Considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2023.2. Received the limited review report from statutory auditor with respect to unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2023. 3. Approved re-appointment of Mr. S.P.S. Kohli as Whole time Director designated as Executive Director of the Company for term of 3 years w.e.f. 13 February 2024 to 12 February 2027.
