VKJD & Associates Chartered Accountants subject to approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting and proposed the appointment for a term of five years up to the AGM to be held in 2030.The Board Meeting started at 4:00 P.M. and ended on 4:15 P.M.
