In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2025 (the Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that Godawari Power and Ispat Limited has entrusted John Cockerill India Limited with the engineering design manufacture and supply of 6HI Cold Rolling Mill to be installed at the TILDA Chhattisgarh location of Godawari Power and Ispat Limited and also the supervision of erection and commissioning of the Mill. The total value of the contract is around INR 50 crores. We are enclosing herewith the details of the above as prescribed under the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 as Annexure A. Please take the same on record.
