Intimation of Change in the Registered Office of the Company within the local limit of the city where Registered Office of the Company presently situated.

Please find attached the Update on legal proceeding

The Said Writ Petition has been filled against the sellers of the land parcel situated at Village Shivrajpur District Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh seeking recovery of the amount paid by the company to sellers for purchase consideration and seeking directions including debit freeze of the sellers bank accounts. The Company has been initiated the said legal proceeding to protect its interest of stakeholders and recover the consideration amount paid to sellers.

Certificate in terms of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 for the Quarter ended 31st December 2025.
