It is hereby informed that the 39th annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Saturday27th September 2025. In relation to it pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed for a period of ten days from Sunday 21th day of September 2025 to Saturday 27th day of September 2025 ( both days inclusive).
