In terms of Regulation 30 and Regulation 47(1)(b) and Regulation 47(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations 2015 (LODR) please find attached herewith newspaper cuttings of the advertisement in relation to the financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2018 as specified in Regulation 33 of LODR and the same is also being displayed on the website of the Company.

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 25th March 2019 at Mumbai have decided and approved :<BR> <BR> 1.To seek approval from the shareholders for filing an application before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench under Section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 at the general meeting of the Company .<BR> <BR> Kindly find enclosed a duly certified copy of the resolution passed at the Board Meeting.<BR> <BR> 2. Draft Notice Convening 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company. <BR> <BR> <BR> This is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. <BR> <BR> You are requested to kindly take the same on record and disseminate the information for public at large.<BR>
