This is with reference to disclosure filed by the Company on February 01 2025 disclosing the details of the Demand order received from the Office of Additional Commissioner Central Goods & Service Tax Delhi East.In continuation to the above we would like to inform you that Honble High Court of Delhi has remanded back the matter to Adjudicating Authority for passing fresh order and quashed the demand order dated January 31 2025 received from the Office of Additional Commissioner Central Goods & Service Tax Delhi East.
