Realty firm Keystone Realtors Ltd on Friday reported a 3 per cent decline in its sales bookings to Rs 837 crore in the third quarter of this fiscal as it launched only one housing project. Its sales bookings stood at Rs 863 crore in the year-ago period. Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors Ltd sells properties under Rustomjee brand. During the first nine months of this fiscal, the company's sales bookings grew 23 per cent to Rs 2,676 crore as compared to Rs 2,174 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding year, according to a regulatory filing. Realty firm Keystone Realtors plans to launch a super luxury residential project in Mumbai next month with a revenue potential of about Rs 3,000 crore, a top company official said. Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors, which sells properties under Rustomjee brand, is one of the leading real estate developers in the country. In an interview with PTI, Keystone Realtors Chairman and Managing Director Boman Irani said the company is very bullish on housing demand and expressed confidence of easily achieving the sales bookings target of Rs 4,000 crore this fiscal year. The company has already sold properties worth Rs 1,839 crore in the first half of 2025-26, up 40 per cent annually. Keystone Realtors Ltd has bagged three redevelopment projects in Mumbai during the latest June quarter with a revenue potential of more than Rs 7,700 crore and is looking to acquire more land parcels for growth of its residential real estate business, a top company official said. In an interview with PTI, the company's CMD Boman Irani highlighted that the company performed exceedingly well in the first quarter of this fiscal on key metrics like sales bookings, launches and new business development (acquisition of land parcels to build projects).
