KPI Green Energy Limited informed the BSE that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today i.e. August 5 2025 declared First Interim Dividend at 4% i.e. Rs. 0.20/- per equity share having face value of Rs. 5/- each on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.
