Laxmi Dental Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30 2025. Further pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from Tuesday July 01 2025 for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the said financial results.
