Pursuant to the provisions of The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons (the Policy) adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall continue to remain closed from February 09 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting of the Business Operations Committee of the Board of Directors.

Laxmi India Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve approve the raising of funds by way of private placement of Listed Rated Senior Secured Transferable Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of INR 10000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each aggregating up to INR 500000000/- (Indian Rupees Fifty Crores Only).

We wish to inform you that Acuité Ratings & Research Limited has re-affirmed the credit rating assigned to Non-Convertible Debentures of the company.

Laxmi India Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025. Further this is to inform you that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (A Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives) (the Code) and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will continue to remain closed till February 12 2026.
