The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Friday 8 August 2025 to Thursday 14 August 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of the aforesaid dividend to the Members.You are requested to please take the above on record.
