The Board of Directors of the Company has on the recommendation of its Audit Committee and subject to the approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting appointed M/s P Sarawagi & Associates Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for conducting secretarial audit for a term of five consecutive years with effect from 1 April 2025.You are requested to please take the above on record.
