Submission Of PCS Certificate Under Regulation 163(2) Of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018 - Oversight In Placing In The EGM Held For Issue Of Shares On Preferential Basis.

The Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company to consider the proposed preferential issue was held on February 06 2025. The Company had obtained the required certificate from M/s. Naval Thakur and Associates Practicing Company Secretary dated January 15 2025. However due to an inadvertent oversight the said certificate was not placed before the shareholders during the EGM. The Company deeply regrets this oversight as it was unintentional and assure that the said certificate will be duly placed before the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) for their ratification.
