In accordance with Regulation 169(5) of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2018 the certificate from the statutory auditor was duly been issued by M/s. R. Rampuria & Company Chartered Accountants (Statutory Auditor of the Company) dated March 08 2025 stating that the Company is in compliance with Regulation 169(4) & the relevant documents thereof are maintained by the company as on the date of certification.
