Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A and Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations please find enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement published in Financial Express (English) and Loksatta (Marathi) published today i.e. January 30 2026 both having electronic editions regarding completion of dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice and e-voting facility offered to the shareholders for voting on the ordinary resolution proposed in the Postal Ballot Notice in compliance with the MCA Circulars SEBI Circulars and Secretarial Standards on General Meetings (SS-2) issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and other applicable laws and regulations (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof).

This notice is being sent to the members whose names appear on the Register of Members/List of Beneficial Owners as on January 23 2026 being the cut-off date for the purpose. Approval of Financial Results Approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 and the Auditors limited review report thereon.
