This is to inform you that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2025 as amended from time to time and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed from Tuesday July 01 2025 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ending on June 30 2025 to the stock Exchange.Accordingly the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above-said period of closure of the trading window.The date of the Board Meeting for the approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ending on June 30 2025 shall be intimated in due course.
