In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 (as amended) we are enclosing herewith the copy of Notice of Postal Ballot along with Explanatory Statement (Notice) dated November 13 2024 being sent to the members of the company to seek approval by way of remote electronic voting (e-voting) in respect of the special businesses as set out in the Notice in respect of the following matters:1. To approve sub-division of face value of Equity Shares of the company from Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each to Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each.2. To approve alteration of capital clause of Memorandum of Association of the company consequent to the sub-division of the face value of the Equity Shares of the company.Please take the same on record.
