We are enclosing herewith the certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the company confirming the compliance of regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December 2024.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 we would like to intimate you that the company has been notified by the Registrar and Transfer Agent vide their email dated 31st December 2024 that its name has been changed from Link Intime India Private Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited with effect from 31st December 2024. The address and other contact details of the RTA of the company remain unchanged.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of Metal Coatings (India) Limited (the Company) will be closed for all designated persons from 01st January 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ending on 31st December 2024.
