With reference to the above captioned subject we wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held today i.e. December 2 2025 has considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Shimpy Goyal as the Nodal Officer of the company pursuant to IEPF rules. Further the Board of Directors of the company has also authorised Mrs. Shimpy Goyal as the Key Managerial Personnel who is also responsible for determining material events or information and making disclosures to the stock exchange as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
