Metro Brands Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30 2025 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company thereon. With reference to our Trading Window Closure intimation dated June 25 2025 we further inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for its designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain close up to 48 hours post declaration of the said financial results. Accordingly the Trading Window shall reopen from Monday August 11 2025.
