Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (the Listing Regulations)as amended from time to time the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Monday 27th May 2024 inter-alia considered and approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and financial Year ended 31st March 2024 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the financial year ended on 31st March 2024. The said Audited Financial Results along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement and the Auditors Report thereon issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company with unmodified opinion are attached herewith. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 04:00 P.M. and concluded at 05:30 P.M.
