Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has interalia:1. Approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31-12-2025 along with the Independent Auditors Review Report which were duly recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by Board of Directors of the companyThe meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded at 6.40 p.m.
