Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD-POD/P/CIR/2025/97 DATED 2ND July 2025 we hereby submit the report as of November 2025 in respect of the Special Window for re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares. The enclosed report obtained from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company M/s. XL Softech Systems Limited Hyderabad confirms the status of transfer requests received processed approved and rejected during the said period.
