As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday 01st January 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December 2025 to the Stock Exchange.
