This is to intimate that RPPL a step down subsidiary of the Company filed a Civil Appeal before the Honble Supreme Court of India challenging Impugned Order dated November 14 2018 passed by NCLAT in Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 188 of 2018 where by the revised resolution plan submitted by UltraTech Cement Limited is approved.<BR> <BR> The said appeal of RPPL was mentioned for hearing before the Court of Honble Chief Justice of India. Upon hearing and having seen the urgency the matter has been directed to be listed for hearing on November 19 2018.<BR> <BR> Accordingly the impugned NCLAT Order under challenge cannot be given effect at this stage.<BR>
