The Board of Directors (Board) of the Company met today 14th February 2018 at 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:30 p.m to approve the unaudited quarterly financial results of the Company (standalone) for the results for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2017 along with the limited review report provided by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR> <BR>
